Rotary Club of Peshawar South undertakes flood relief

A team of Rotary Club of Peshawar South visited Gari Hameed Mian Umerzai District Charsadda. It was found that almost all the houses have been smashed by floods and heavy rains. The community is very poor and the people are looking towards the relief goods from NGOs. The Government functionaries have no interest in the rehabilitation activities. Yesterday President Raees Zaidi and PP Asif Jani distributed food items and today’s visit was aimed to assess further assistance.

it is matter of satisfaction that RC Ameerul Mulk members are actively involved in the area. A medical team was busy in medical check up and provision of free medicines. It was noticed that it is seventh medical camp organised by RC Ameerul Mulk.

Subsequently the team visited relief camp of RC Peshawar Executive established at Nowshera.

The eight members team decided to help and assist both the camps. Medical camp will be held at Chasadda as per suggestion of PDG Hidayatullah and CDG Rauf Rohaila.

Yours-in-Rotary,
CDG Abdul Rauf Rohaila.
