Rotaract Club of Lahore Liberty had its first project at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital. The project was arranged by Rtr. Khurram Saeed, Rtr. Sana Amjad, Rtr, Hina Zahir and Rtr. Saad Iqbal.
A total of 70 child cancer patients were given gifts containing story books, color pencils, coloring books, toys, stickers and candies. The objective of the project was to spend time with the kids and provide them with the gifts to help them pass their time doing some constructive activities and to make their stay easier while they are hospitalised.
After the visit of SKMH, the club had its first meeting at Executive Club, Punjab University. The meeting was attended by maximum members and the agenda was to discuss and plan further projects. Later, the President Rtr. Mudassar Azam and the Club advisor Rtr. Syeda Nayab Batool installed Rotaract pins to the registered members and the meeting was followed by hi-tea.
