Our important meeting on the occasion of 2010 Bangkok Rotary Institute is coming so soon on Novem. 19-21. Please help inform and invite all friends, club and district leaders, past , present and future RI officers to join our Institute. I’ve prepared lots of things for you and will be very sorry if I won’t see you around . On Saturday night ,November 20, I would like each country discuss among participants to organize the best cultural performance for about 5 minutes each and please send me the details no later than September 30. The country Promotion chair and the vice chair will help you contact me for the decisions.The entertainment chair will select the performances to fit the avaiable time. Please prepare and make decision on that from now on.
Please note that RI President Ray Klinginsmith would really like to meet all of you there. I hope all of you will join me in welcoming him at the Institute. Please send me the registration of your district soon. The situation in Bangkok is good and no more problem. Most importantly, our hotel is in a peaceful area and close to the modern secured shopping center.We have good transportation service for all.
