District 3272 has been offered fifteen (15) free of cost heart surgeries in West Bengal, India under District 3240 ‘Heart to Heart’ program as informed by IPP Guarnag Desai, District Chairman of the Programme. Rotarians and Rotary Clubs desirous of sponsoring children up to 16 year of age suffering from congenital heart disorders may send the requests with complete medical documents / reports (including ECG and Echo-cardiogram) through E-mail to District Chairman Gift of Life Committee Col Sajid Baseer Shaikh (see contact information below) with copy to District Governor Shehzad Ahmed for onward processing.

Please note that cost of Passports and Visas, travel back and forth expense, and boarding and lodging for about 15 days for a child and his parents would cost approximately Pak Rupees 65,000.00 which the Rotarian or Rotary Club sponsoring the child would have to bear and no financial burden is put on the poor family. In case of violation of this pre-condition, the request may please be declined.
