Rotary Club of Rawalpindi Rohtas had EID GIFT distribution activity on September 8 at Aman Kot near Pabbi on GT Road. Our Club Past President Bashir Mirza with 2 other members and 5 volunteers visited Aman Kot for relief activity.
Alhamdullilah we distributed dry food to 150 families of Aman Kot and its surrounding small villages affected during recent floods. We have adopted 75 families of Aman Kot jointly with Rotary club Rawalpindi. This was our third consignment to this village. During recent distribution other then food we distributed 25 steel beds and 50 bedding , clothing for women of 75 families, toys for children under 5 years and sports goods for boys and girls ( cricket kits, badminton kits, foot balls, volley balls, ludos and frisbees). Food packs had 12 items ( cooking oil, sugar, tea, milk, salt, chillies, soap, sawayian, lobiya, biscuits and 2 dals)
