Rotary Club of Lahore Mozang has sent out a truck of 300 gift bags to the flood survivors. Eid is the high point and main celebration in the Muslim calendar. It is an occasion of giving, and celebration. Children in particular look forward to the gifts. Disasters like floods and earthquakes play havoc with the lives of people hit by such disasters. Occasions of celebration tend to compound the miseries and feeling of loss for the disaster struck.
The bags distributed by Rotary Club of Lahore Mozang were specially designed for the purpose. We took the help of TV channel “News1″ to help us disperse the gifts.
