District Governor Elect Rtn. Anthony Richards and his spouse Prof. Dr. Mariam attended the Governor Elect Training Seminar (GETS) in Bali, Indonesia in Nov-Dec 2011.
The GETS was an enlightening and networking event full of fun, food and festivities. The DGE’s had a packed training agenda while their spouse attended training and also enjoyed the spouse program and visited places of cultural interest.
The GETS training leader was Regional Rotary Foundation Chair (RRFC) PDG Frederick Lin.
The training sessions were interesting and gave the DGE’s opportunities to interact and discuss in the various working groups. A lot of wonderful ideas for strengthening clubs, enhancing service and improving public image were tabled by the participating DGE’s

The graduation dinner was simply amazing with great ambience, tasty and mouth watering food and lived up to the announcement that it will be a visual and taste buds feast.
The graduation certificates were awarded to the District Governors Elect along with their spouses.
