Dear Community Builder Presidents, Secretaries and Rotary Leaders,
The clubs in Rotary International District 3272 in accordance with Article 13 of RI Bylaws and Clause 10 of the District Rules, are hereby invited to submit their suggestions for the Governor 2013-14 for District 3272 duly signed by the President and Secretary of the club with the consent of the candidate which shall reach the District Governor at District Secretariat, 242-B Shalimar Lane, Cavalry Grounds Extension, Lahore Cantt, Pakistan on or before 10-2-2011 till 6.00 PM.
The suggestion shall be submitted in the form of a resolution adopted at a regular meeting of the club naming the suggested candidate, and certified by the Club President and secretary alongwith candidate’s bio-data in the form prescribed by RI (Form H), which is attached. The candidate must be a Rotarian of a club having not less than twenty one members reported in the four consecutive Semi Annual Reports to RI and paid the District fees prior to the proposal.
The election schedule for District Governor Nominee 2013-14 is hereby notified as under:
- Call for DGN elections: 11-12-2010
- Last date for filing Nominations: 10-02-2011
- DG to notify the names of DGN candidates to clubs: 12-02-2011
- Last date for withdrawals of the candidates: 21-02-2011
- DG to notify list of contesting candidates: 22-02-2011
- Elections: 27-03-2011
